Toll me a short discover spur the moment ticket twice in i week & they wanna throw themselves on the "safety" crutch!! Delta flew the aforementioned route no trouble! So listen up people...if Allegiant screws yous & leaves yous stranded & you complain & they give you a $l voucher for your problem...wipe your butt w/ it & message me regarding a class action adjust. If you greenbacks or use that voucher, you lot cannot exist included & that's why they send information technology... hoping yous will accept it & move on. DON'T DO IT, PEOPLE! They volition never stop if we do not stand up to them...don't exist fooled.

Asked to leave plane, did so without complaint. Gave my side of what happened. Head Gate Staff says they are distressing, information technology was all a misunderstanding. REALLY!! Then charged 250 for new ticket and minor carry on. Never a problem flying until Allegiant. 100'southward of bad reviews from canceled flights, rude staff, constant delays.

Allegiant Air completely lost my girlfriend's bag on a straight flight from Orlando to Portsmouth and fabricated no serious attempt to e'er find the handbag or even reach out with a courtesy call. Okay, so mistakes happen, but customer service never fifty-fifty spoke to my girlfriend in person, only treats her like a potential lawsuit whom they now harass for detailed receipts so that they tin make a minimum payout based on "depreciation." When I interceded on her behalf, they sent her a form email misspelling her name and saying that they cannot reach out to her in person because "she has a claim." This airline is the Greyhound of the Skies. Their customer service address is a POB in Las Vegas (for existent). Probably because their infuriating treatment has caused by customers to send them anthrax through the mail. Save yourself grief and fly a real airline like Delta, Alaska Air or Jet Blueish.

I have attempted for weeks and weeks and weeks to contact Allegiant Air to but upgrade the car in my bundle to a larger vehicle. The machine visitor (Enterprise) can not do so, because information technology was booked thru Allegiant. I have been put on hold for periods of over 2 hours when calling and no one ever answers. Often times the customer service line just rings busy. I accept used their online conversation and representatives are never bachelor to chat. I accept written customer Service multiple times via email. They Never reply! Information technology is not worth the tiny savings you retrieve you might be getting by using their service. They say you lot can get refunds and make changes, only beware. You will never be able to reach anyone to do so. Their client service is the worst I have ever encountered.

Booked with these guys plenty of times and their customer service is ALWAYS subpar but at to the lowest degree tolerable for the cheap flights, but NOT this time!!! I ordinarily don't go likewise far out of my way to bash a business but this was above and across bad. Booked a calendar month in advance and spent those side by side 3 weeks trying to get them to respond either a phone call or email. You get email confirmations that they "received" your request but nil about helping with the problem. I emailed them vi times, spent over twenty hours on hold, and that was when I didn't get the busy signal which happened 99% of the time. I am on agree every bit we speak and have been for most three hours. Their website also likes to kicking your discounts off correct earlier it charges your card then you can't get dorsum and add it again. I know there are tons of excuses every bit to why their service sucks but come on, it's only bad business at this point. Zero stars given. :(

My husband and I had a flight booked to DC. We both took the time off work, paid for a rental machine, bout tickets, and a hotel. Nosotros were walking out the door to go to the airport and received a text that our flight was cancelled. No explanation. Nosotros lost the money nosotros paid for rental machine, hotel, and tour tickets because you cannot cancel the day of!! There were no other airlines going to DC that dark so we had to cancel the whole trip. Terrible customer service!

Our flight was canceled 45 minutes before the scheduled deviation. All other flights going to the surrounding areas were already booked. The primeval flight they could offer was v days out. There was absolutely no endeavor to conform the passengers. Had to book a last minute flight with some other airline paying twice the cost. I'll never book with them again.

Beloved the nonstop to AZ from Flint merely something needs to be done virtually the unbelievably long lines at check-in. Too, the long waits at luggage claim are unacceptable. Also, information technology clearly states at their website that cancellations will exist fully refunded back to the credit card that was used. I recently had to cancel a trip which I paid for my disabled combat vet brother, who is on full disability. I did not get a total refund, in fact all I received was a partial voucher for a future trip. I take called and called and at one bespeak waited on line for over 2 hours to speak with someone. I finally gave up. Very disappointing!

In simply eleven brusque months, Allegiant Airlines has unlawfully cost me over two thousand dollars in damages. Starting time stranding me in Jacksonville, Florida, April 2021 by canceling a flight at the 11th hour with no return flight for 4 business days. At present they are not honoring credit from that canceled flying or refunding me for a rebooked flight to Fundamental West this April 2022. I will exist moving forwards with a lawsuit to recover my loss and damages unless nosotros can settle this matter in the next five business concern days.

Same as many reviews on hither. Booked months in advance. My flight was cancelled a few hours before takeoff via text message. No reason or whatever options given. Tried calling numerous times and always rings busy or puts you on perpetual hold. Still oasis't been able to talk to anyone or been able to receive a refund. The website won't permit me apply for a refund online because I too had a rental motorcar tied to my flying. Say's I take to phone call.... good luck with that. I'chiliad out hundreds of dollars! Thieves in my book.
